I think the title explains everything
Johan and Yohan are dancing Kiss' "Lick it up", and Yohan is sensually wrapping (and rubbing) around Johan's body as they dance. And Johan is "a bit" aroused by it, so much he's moaning.
I think all this picture was an excuse to draw Yohan in a military cap. I don't know what's with me wanting to draw him in caps these days. *shrugs*
